Guitar Set-Up Information
Every ZuweiUSA guitar is subjected to a 45 point inspection and a FREE complete set-up before shipped to your door. You can choose between three different action settings: LOW - MEDIUM - HIGH (SEE BELOW). After the inspection we remove any sharp fret edges and then polish them to a shine. Next we oil and clean the fretboard, and restring the guitar to standard tuning. Once restrung we adjust the neck relief to less than 0.5mm, Followed by the filing/sanding of the nut and saddle (adjusting bridge on electric guitars) to meet the customers specifications. Once we attain the proper string height we check and adjust the intonation. Once all of this is complete the guitar is ready for its final test, cleaning, and then packaged for shipment. Truly "Gig-Ready".

CHOOSE YOUR CUSTOM SET-UP
With In-House Techs we have the ability to offer these guitars to YOUR exact preference in regard to the SETUP. We use digital string measurement techniques to guarantee extremely accurate string heights, at both the nut and the 12th fret. All string heights will be within 10% of the measurements stated in the table below. If you do not specify your preference the guitar will be setup per our STANDARD SETTINGS.

NUT: Low E & A .70mm - D & G .65mm - B & High E .55mm
12TH FRET: Low E - 2.5mm descending to 1.75mm at High E

NUT: Low E & A .60mm - D & G .55mm - B & High E .50mm
12TH FRET: Low E - 2.25mm descending to 1.50mm at High E
HIGH STRING HEIGHT:
NUT: Low E & A .70mm - D & G .65MM - B & High E .60mm
12TH FRET: Low E - 3.00mm decreasing to 2.25mm at High E
